Information You Provide
When you interact with our services, we collect information that you provide to us, such as your name, username, password, email address, phone number, and date of birth. We use this information to operate, maintain, and provide the features and functionality of the Application to you, to correspond with you, and to address any issues you raise about the Application.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information
This information can include, but is not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device's unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, general geographic information, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, search terms, other applications you have downloaded, and information about the way you use the Application. We use this information, including without limitation to, help analyze use of our App, understand customer needs and trends, carry out targeted promotional activities, and to improve our Application.
Cookies Information
We may use cookies and other technologies, such as web beacons, web storage, and unique advertising identifiers, to collect information about your activity, browser, and device. We may also use these technologies to collect information when you interact with the services we offer through one of our partners, such as advertising and commerce features.
User Face Information
We provide two types of face processing features -- face retouch & enhance features, AI-processing features. Regarding face retouch and enhance features, we need face data to work properly. However, we only use face data for local calculation and processing. All these functions are developed and improved based on famous legal open data, and we don’t use users’ data for developing purposes.
When using the AI-processing feature, we detect the face in the photo imported by the user under the user's permission, encrypt (such as SSL) and upload the face selected by the user to our server, and apply our function effect to the face picture selected, since the AI function cannot be processed locally on phone due to performance reasons. Once the effect processing finishes, the face information will be deleted from our server immediately. Even if the processing fails, the face information will only be stored for a maximum of 24 hours, after which the face information will be deleted immediately. We only upload the face pictures selected by users, and we will not collect and upload other face data without the user’s permission. We will never use face data from users to train, develop or improve our AI features. Neither will we will disclose or share face data to any third parties. We will take all possible security measures to protect all user data.
We do not store or utilize facial photos of the users for AI training. We only analyzes and extracts facial features and historical behavioral data of the users for the algorithm training. Please be noted that we do not collect or retain any biometric information or identifiers and the extracted information cannot be used for identifying a specific person. If direct use of facial photos for training is needed, we resort to open-source datasets or AI-generated facial datasets. As for functionalities that require cloud processing, all facial photos and related data will be deleted immediately after the process is completed. We are committed to maintaining the privacy of our users and will not disclose any personal data.
Metadata
We may collect metadata associated with User Content. Metadata typically consists of how, when, where and by whom a piece of User Content was collected and how that content has been formatted. We use this information to operate, maintain, and provide to you the features and functionality of the Service.
Information for Deep Learning Technology
We may collect necessary information for different purposes, including:
To enable you to use the functions of this application smoothly: Image and video processing apps often need to use deep learning technology. This app currently uses or may develop apps that use deep learning-related technologies in the future. For the AI Segment and AI Analysis features, we have used our independently developed AI model to process locally, without any information being collected, uploaded, or processed. As for the AI processing features that include but are not limited to: AI Fashion/AI Anime/Image Quality Enhancement/AI Face Expression/AI Body, etc. require a high-performance server to process, so you need to upload Pictures or videos to be sent to the server for processing. When using these features, the app will ask for your permission if it needs to access your device's photo library.
1.1.1 How do we handle personal pictures and videos uploaded to the server: the uploading and processing of this information is necessary to provide these functions, but we will follow the legal requirements and take strict measures for the transmission and storage of your such information Encryption measures to keep your information safe.
1.1.2 The use of such information is limited to providing you with these functional services. After the service is completed, the above information will be automatically deleted by the system and will not be retained. These images are automatically deleted from our servers after 24 hours. Images generated by the app from your uploaded images are automatically deleted from our servers after 15 days. The technology implemented in the application does not allow for unique identification or authentication of individual users.
1.1.3 For the training and improvement of deep learning-related functions, we all use public compliance data sets, or specially purchased legal data sets, and the pictures/videos uploaded by users will NOT be used for any purposes other than the user functions themselves. Includes training or improvement that will not be used for function.
1.1.4 You guarantee that you have the corresponding legal rights to the uploaded content or have obtained legal authorization from others and have the right to use the above functions. Otherwise, all the consequences and losses caused will be borne by you.
1.1.5 We will not share any information related to 1.1 with any company, organization or individual, except in the following cases: - Sharing with explicit consent: After obtaining your explicit consent, we will share your personal information with other parties. - Sharing under statutory conditions: We may share your personal information externally in accordance with laws and regulations, the need to resolve litigation disputes, and in accordance with the mandatory requirements of government authorities or judicial authorities. -To the extent required or permitted by law, it is necessary to provide your personal information to a third party in order to protect the interests, property or safety of the Concrete, its users or the public from damage.
To improve our Apps and quality (for example, by performing statistical analyses)
1.2.1 In order to ensure the quality of service and improve our applications, we will use Google Firebase or Flurry SDK to collect, analyze, correct faults and errors, illegal use or abuse of applications, and we will collect statistical data on user usage functions, which will not be tracked Individual users, but based on aggregate statistics for all users.
